The Wildlife Conservation Department has introduced an online permit system for ease of access for tourists to the national parks.
They said this system was introduced to avoid the inconveniences caused to tourists in the event of breakdowns in issuing tickets through computers.
When foreign tourists plan their trip, it is more convenient for crew operators to get tickets through the online permit system, they said.
This new system can be followed by local tourists as well, the Department said.
