Jazeera Airways, the esteemed low-cost airline based in Kuwait, is set to augment its flight operations to Colombo this month.

The Airport and Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Ltd. (AASL) officially announced this expansion, marking a significant development in air travel between the two countries.

The AASL confirmed that Jazeera Airways will now operate daily flights to and from Sri Lanka, a notable enhancement of their existing service. This increased frequency is a direct response to the burgeoning demand for convenient and cost-effective travel options.

“Jazeera Airways, your go-to low-cost carrier, first took off in Colombo in 2021, and now, due to the incredible demand, Jazeera is taking flights daily,” said the AASL, emphasising the airline’s commitment to meeting the needs of its passengers.
