The inaugural Randoli procession of the temple of the sacred tooth relic in Kandy is set to take place tonight (26).
The procession is slated to commence its journey from the Sri Dalada Maligawa at 7:26 p.m.
The procession route will encompass several streets, including Dalada Street, D.S. Senanayake Street, Temple Road, Deva Street, Colombo Street, Kotugodella Street, and Cross Road.
Randoli procession is a cultural and religious event that is a significant highlight of the Kandy Esala festival.
